Hamish Coltman

The Growth Educational Trust was founded in 2018 by Hamish Coltman. After volunteering in Uganda for 5 months Hamish realised there was a need for a Scholarship Programme to help bridge the gap between rural Primary schools and Secondary education.

His vision was to partner with lower socio-economic rural schools to help lift the academic level through Scholarship and see more children continue onto Secondary school and further.

Daniela Hunt

Daniela Hunt aka Dee, became G.E.T's ambassador and social-media guru after her first volunteer trip to Uganda in 2019!!

She fell in love with Uganda and our students and has been an amazing part of our team ever since, she goes nuts over a good video chat with our students, which they love!

Dee works super hard behind the scenes to help our Students in Uganda and furthering our sponsorship platform and content for G.E.T.

Norman Natuhwera

Norman Natuhwera, became G.E.T's Country Manager in November 2019.

Norman is our main man on the ground in Uganda! He is a local who was born and lives around Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda.

He works tirelessly to help out students, not only sorting all their needs for school but checking on them and providing support while at home and school!

His kind heart, fun and down to earth personality is a great asset to our team.
